We run a curated recruitment cohort. Every Enabler is a senior marketing practitioner (5+ years in martech, marketing ops, or marketing analytics) who has independently shipped AI workflows before we hire them. Every one holds Gen AI Certification (Level 1) as a floor and completes our internal certification before they can be matched to a client team. We screen as hard for teaching ability as for technical skill.
Typically 2-3 weeks from contract signing to Enabler day one. That covers discovery and scoping, chemistry call with your team lead, and system access / OKR setup. Faster starts are available for urgent needs. No 90-day mobilisation phase like traditional consultancy.
Yes. Common extensions are: rotating the same Enabler onto a new team within the organisation, or adding Enablers for team growth. We also offer an Enablement + Execution model where the Enabler delivers a specific role (e.g. Demand Gen, Content) while continuing to upskill others. Extensions are scoped separately, not assumed.
Yes. We offer a transparent conversion path with a standard finder's fee. About 15% of engagements end in FTE conversion. We see this as success. It means the capability transfer was so strong that you wanted to keep the person on the team permanently.
Adoption is the most common reason AI transformations stall, which is why our model is built around it. Every workflow is co-built with the person who will use it daily. Nothing is handed down from strategy deck to end user. That's how we hit 100% of trained team members independently building AI workflows by hand-off. And if we miss that floor, we extend the engagement at our cost until we hit it.
Two structural differences. First, we embed a builder, not a strategist. The Enabler is a senior marketer who ships workflows, not a partner running PowerPoint. Second, our business model depends on leaving, not staying. We don't want a long retainer. We price on capability transfer, and we've committed to an adoption floor. The big consultancies can't match either of those structurally. Their business model is billable days, not outcomes.
Standard enterprise framework. All IP for workflows, agents, playbooks, and libraries built during the engagement is owned by your organisation. Enablers work under your existing data governance and security policies. NDAs, MSAs, and DPAs are handled through our standard contracting. We've already passed procurement at several of the brands in our trust strip.
